Our pricing is designed to suit any use-case, and is based on only the features you use, discounted by volume of total transactions per month.

BASIC Monthly Subscription Fee per Location $25
This is a flat fee, charged per location creating signings, per month. For users who don't intend to sign or store Contract documents.

ADVANCED Monthly Subscription Fee per Location $100
This is a flat fee, charged per location creating signings, per month. Secure encrypted storage of specific financial contracts according to published UCC requirements.
The complete SecureClose experience. This cost is based on the total run time of the finished signing.

Managed Document Setup with Avatar $1,500
Setting up your documents couldn't be simpler, but if you'd like us to do it for you, this is a flat cost for all documents agreed upon in the initial setup. This includes programming your avatar scripts you provide for rendering.

Setting up your documents couldn't be simpler, but if you'd like us to do it for you, this is a flat cost for all documents agreed upon in the initial setup for eSignature only.

Document Additions/Changes (each) $75
Have an existing document that needs a programming update to it's signature placement or Avatar Scripts? Have additional documents to be added after your setup? This is the cost for us to help you, per document.

Lender Vault Setup (each) $300
Do you pledge your contracts or other documents to a lender? Get them set up in our Secure Document Management Platform and transfer your contracts instantly to their vault!

Lender Vault Connection Monthly $100
Once your lender's vault is setup, you pay a monthly fee to keep it active.

RFC Account Monthly $25
Do you have a Related Finance Company you'd like to connect with? This adds an attached account for their use as well.

Additional Storage Blocks of 500GB Monthly $20
Basic vaults come with 100GB of Storage, Advanced Vaults come with 500GB. If you need additional storage space, it is available in blocks of 500GB.

The cost to render Avatar Explanation videos through the SecureClose Document Setup platform.
